What’s new at Spears Homes
The summer months are upon us! As a salesperson I can tell you we are so excited to have energy star rated homes to show! The temperature difference is really amazing!
We have been busy and are anxious to show off our new model homes and the new landscaping! Sam decided after 33 years we needed a little face lift. The palm trees and xeriscaping look great; we are looking forward to removing the braces as soon as possible.
I’m reminded every day how much I love what we do! This week two great things happened: Alan and Pam T. from Hawaii sent our office a beautiful orchid as a thank you to all of us! They purchased a new CL250 Karsten from us and were so thrilled with the house, the set-up and the additional construction (we built a garage, deck, porches rock skirting and poured concrete driveway) that he wanted to let us know!
Later in the week I received an email from Jim B. another fantastic customer who recently purchased the beautiful 276D Karsten from us (this model features the HUGE outdoor living area)! Imagine my surprise when I opened the email to see a picture of Jim jumping out of a plane he was so happy that 60 was the magic number!! I love it that we get the opportunity to be a part of our customers lives!
